Services are designed to honor emotional and physical capacity, with choice and autonomy at the center. Engagement may include conversation, reflection, grounding practices, and optional movement depending on individual or group needs.

1:1 Somatic Therapy Sessions

Individual sessions offer space to slow down, listen inward, and build a more supportive relationship with your body.

Sessions are guided and responsive, shaped by your needs and pace. Movement is never required and may be included only when supportive.

Movement - Based Pop-ups

Community-based events offer accessible entry points into embodied practice through structured, guided movement experiences.

These events are not therapy, but they are facilitated with a grounded, trauma-aware approach that prioritizes choice and regulation.

Somatic Support Group

A therapist-informed group space for women to explore grounding, awareness, and connection in community.

Groups are structured yet flexible, with emphasis on safety, choice, and shared presence. Emotional expression is never required.
