About Holinity
Holinity was created as a space for people to slow down, reconnect, and come back into relationship with their bodies. In a world that often asks us to push through, override signals, or “fix” ourselves, Holinity offers a different approach - one rooted in listening, presence, and whole-person care. The work here honors the connection between mind, body, and nervous system, recognizing that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, but through safety, awareness, and support.
Holinity blends somatic therapy, movement, and education to support regulation, resilience, and reconnection. Offerings may include body-based awareness practices, gentle movement, reflection, and reconnection. Offerings may include body-based awareness practice, gentle movement, reflection, and functional fitness, all held within a trauma-informed and accessible framework.
About Liz
I’m Liz Mitchell, the founder of Holinity. My background bridges movement, fitness, and somatic therapy, and my work is deeply informed by years of training in expressive movement, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness.
I believe the body holds wisdom—and that when we learn how to listen to it with curiosity instead of judgment, meaningful change becomes possible. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and client-led. There is no pressure to perform, push, or revisit anything you’re not ready for. Everything is invitational, paced, and adaptable.
I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or simply ready to experience themselves differently. Some come seeking relief from stress or tension, others are navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, or reconnecting with movement in a supportive way.
My Approach
At Holinity, sessions are grounded in:
Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
Trauma-informed, consent-based practices
Accessibility and flexibility
Respect for individual pace and capacity
This work is not about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about creating enough safety for the body to soften, reorganize, and respond in new ways.
A Note on Scope
Holinity offers somatic-based, complementary services that support well-being and self-connection. These services are not a replacement for licensed medical or mental health care.
Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
